Initial Consultation: Goals, health history, fitness background, etc. (If local, we can do this in person to have a better understanding of your fitness level)
Fitness Plan: With the information provided, I will build a personalized plan for you
With the Trainerize App, every workout has videos of each exercise being performed so you have a detailed description and visual of each movement
Weekly Check In: Via phone, text or email, I will check in to see how the workouts went to see if there are any adjustments needed
